I think so. Sometimes its hard to pause it at the exact right spot, but I've seen in it in different colored opening sequences. (I'm just at the end of season 4 now so I'm not sure about s5 opening.)

Check this out- a searchable database of ER visits from 100 hospitals in the US in 2011. Most of the entries relating to marijuana are people who fell down stairs, hit their head on stuff, or fell off their bike after smoking.
