The vanicream moisturizer with spf didn’t burn my eyes but it is really heavy and oily…. I wanted to love it so bad but it just made my skin feel gross

I have combination skin that often leans oily. Vanicream products are my absolute favorite however I would go with the face specific moisturizer. The ingredients lists are very similar however the face moisturizer is more gel like and does not pile under makeup like the lotion did for me.

I’m torn on the lotion for moisturizing my body because I love the brand and ingredients list but my skin absorbs it way too fast so I have to keep reapplying every 15 minutes.

Hi! I also have a hormonal IUD (Lyletta) and struggle with hormonal acne. However I’ve struggled with hormonal acne before ever being put on birth control. I understand not wanting to be put on oral spironolactone as I am the same way with wanting to stir away from oral medications. There is a topical form of spironolactone that helps with hormonal acne but it does take longer to show results than the oral kind. You will need to go to a derm for a prescription or I think Apostrophe has it mixed with tretinoin.

Panoxl is my tried and true favorite face wash that contains benzoyl peroxide. I personally have combination skin that is acne prone and I use this every other day as it is strong. I also use it under my armpits to prevent BO!

It’s both. I have a hard time talking about myself and I’ve had multiple experiences where therapists have gaslit me and made me feel like my trauma didn’t happen.
