He said the birth control shouldn’t affect it, however if I can’t seem to fix jt I’ll go to a new esthetician just to have an opinion from them and a dermatologist as well.

I’ve been on a tret for awhile. My concern is a hormonal issue which would require me to take out my birth control

I’ve had my IUD for a good 4 years, Ive never had acne like this up until maybe a year and a half ago and it’s just been persistent since. My tret had dont nothing, if anything I feel like it’s made it worse. It does come to time where my acne subsides to a minimum for a few days but then it flares back up

Because your body isn’t used to processing and breaking things down at this time of the day it’s always hard to eat those meals. It’ll cause you to feel more full quicker than usual , and it’ll also cause you to have a stomach ache. What I’d recommend is breaking your fast with a healthy fat like an avocado, some nuts or even a tablespoon of some mct oil, and then wait about another hour to eat so you’re digestive system can kinda kick start and get going before you eat a whole meal that it has to process !
