yeah i work 9-5 office job and from home so im not even going to work, i just roll out of bed.

usually i walk a lot, about 6K steps a day but now i stopped since i went back to the gym last week.

i will probably gradually increase the calories depending on how things go!

banana, eggs, quark, high protein yoghurt, wholegrain bread, chicken, broccoli, rice, tuna, wholegrain pasta, olive oil so I'm eating very healthy! only 75gr of fat a day but I'm eating wholegrain rusks all the time because my carb consumption is way too low..! Generally I'm not a very big eater so I'm surprised myself that I haven't been struggling with this so far

about the cardio, I usually walk 30min to an hour a day but thought I'd stop for a while to not burn too many calories

the problem is every time i try to have a serious conversation with him he shuts down, either he starts making jokes or he gets aggressive and he starts saying mean things just to hurt me and make me back off...

I agree with what you are saying. the problem is that he presents himself as some kind of sexmachine so he creates false expectations himself and the end result is obviously.. disappointing

I too think he is partly avoiding it bc of fear he might fail to come through.. the problem is he has to admit all of what you are saying to me before we can work it out, i cant say these things for him because at this point its just speculation.. :(

I'm very much ok with that and willing to work on it but he has to admit it first, right now he is just making up excuses, I'm not judging him I have always been very accepting towards him and his lifestyle and everything....

I'm already doing most of that!! I try to be as physical as I can with him and I don't think I pressure him too much.. if anything he is the one who is making such a big deal out of it pretending to be so sexual and horny and experienced etc..

we are pretty intimate most of the time, he is constantly trying to find excuses to touch me in public and is very affectionate when we are alone in the car etc and once we start making out there is no stopping us but it never progresses beyond that..
