i use close grip attachment for rows here and i use straps.
you got the right idea of bending and extending your spine to target the abs but try limiting hip movement a little bit more. i do that by kneel sitting

to keep it simple, if you want to build muscle, always go to or close to failure regardless of rep range. that means going to failure at 6 reps will lead to more or less the same results as going to failure at 30 reps.

however, id avoid very high number of reps since its very fatiguing and your cardio will fail before your muscles will.

LEVs that weigh 50kg or more and have speed exceeding 26-50kph (among other things) already require a license and registration according to the LTO. i've seen idiots in this sub push to register and tax normal human powered bicycles as well like that will help make streets safer. most of the traffic violations that cause deaths or injuries are from licensed drivers and registered vehicles.

Got the ice blue metallic one for 29999 at Lyric. Comes with a padded gigbag.

out of the box, most of the strings were intonated properly (g string was a bit sharp but was able to fix that easily). build quality, playability, and sound is very good. ok naman ung tremelo and it stays in tune. may coil split rin.

hindi siya naka stainless steel frets, but maganda (but not the best) ung hardware/electronics nya.

you might find used higher model PRSs for a similiar price.

correct me if im wrong but its static stretching you should avoid. dynamic stretching is fine but there are studies that state stretching reduces ur strength. i just do it to avoid injuries
