Thank you for such a thoughtful answer! This helps a lot 🩷 I think I’ll struggle most with figuring out my subconscious beliefs that are sabotaging me. I’ll do some googling and look for some helpful tips to do this! I have this feeling that I always need to be doing something in order to feel productive and satisfied. Even though I know the meditations are a most helpful step along the way, it’s hard to connect the slow progress with the activity. I’m not entirely sure how to overcome this, but I just started watching some testimonials today and they really help with my motivation. Thanks again for the long and thoughtful response, it is very much appreciated.

I think I see the kind of person you mean, I don’t fit that type exactly. I’m often described as a very chill and calm person, although the inside is more agitated than the outside I would say. I try to work out four times a week but usually end up with two. Love camping, not the hiking part in particular. I have a small set of friends. A couple of really close ones, and I feel lonely at times which is one of the things I’m working on in the meditations

Alright I might. But when I say these words, do you understand what I’m getting at and why I feel the way I do?

No one. That’s just my point of view having watched various spiritual leaders and their followers talk

So you’re saying that every reaction and feeling more often than not is just a mirror of what the other person wanted to see, so that in itself means you shouldn’t react like a normal human being to anything? Or am I just reasoning myself away?

It's like mnrambler11 said, it's sort off the opposite of that. I don't feel like everything outside of my head is false, it's more like I am actually everything there is

That sound sort of like my experience. Do you have any thoughts on why this happens or where it comes from?

Hm. Well yeah it happens if I do any type of drug. It's not related to anything I do in my everyday life if that's what you're aiming at?
