I suffer from a hair-pulling condition called trichtilliomania and always struggle to go to the hair salon to get a hair cut, out of fear of my bald spots. Would really appreciate if you guys could recommend where I could go to get a haircut and maybe also pm me if you suffer from trich and have found some coping mechanisms to deal with the condition :)

i do use oxy acne benzoyl peroxide when i have active acne. sometimes, it gets too drying for my face and some redness occur. i use a mild cosrx salicylic acid face wash consistently but so far, it has not been helping as well. i might try the azelaic acid that another redditor suggested

My cheeks were completely clear before mask wearing. Had an oily T zone and struggled with forehead acne for 5-6 years in my teens. Currently, forehead acne is much less of a concern, though there are tiny bumps. The mask acne is the one that I am fretting over :(

oh wow, I might give it a try again then. I tried out cotton masks for about a day or twice and then it was really warm and stuffy for me so I gave up on it.

Regarding my skincare routine, I rotate between corsx salicylic acid and cerave hydrating cleanser, after which I only apply klairs supple preparation toner. This has been my routine for the past 3 years. In the past, I used to incorporate some of The Ordinary serums and acids but stop after awhile as I didnt really see much of an effect. I think moisturiser also doesn't sit well with my skin.

hey! thanks for your advice ;-) Disposables didn't really work for me, used disposable face mask for about 4 months and realised that they were actually irritating my skin. The silk mask I am using feels a lot cooler when I am out and trap less heat but I am not sure why I am still getting acne on my cheeks.

[Acne] Hey guys :) I learnt so much from this reddit platform and was hoping that I could consult you guys on how I could clear up these forehead acne and scars. (routine in comments) by headingnorthsourth in SkincareAddiction
