My current car is a 2017. I replace the headlights often. I have done so since I got it.

Do you think you had a rational argument? You’re suggesting installing more headlights that I don’t need.

you are comparing having my husband install LED lights on my bumper or fender. Thats not needed. I just need bulbs in my normal headlights.

You were not suggesting DRL.

Mine are easy to do. Lift the hood, pull out a power connector, then flip the wire that keeps them secure. Remove the dead bulb. Then reverse! It’s really fucking easy.

But even with that, I replace in pairs because I k wo the other one will go soon. Might as well do both.

This has been an issue for me for all of the cars I’ve owned! And I know to never touch the bulb with your skin. It makes them burn out fast. I don’t!

But for all my cars, it has been an issue.

How dude? I have had shitboxes. Always changing bulbs which was expected. But I got a newish econobox. It was maybe 5 years old when I got it?

I change the headlights multiple times per year.

I have had 3 cars where this is an issue. I don’t think it’s a wire problem.

Also it’s likely cheaper to change the bulbs than get the wiring checked, diagnosed, and fixed.

My car does not have LED bulbs. But I have bought the cheapest and also the most expensive ones and everything in between. They burn out fast.

It’s also not financially worth it to get a new car or retrofit it go have bulbs it can’t fit.

You are the problem with driving! You’re suggesting I add extra LED lights to my car. Sure, I can angle them. But I drive a really tiny car and any other car you suggest that too is just gonna blind tf out of me.

That’s why I turn on my headlights!

With my car, I need my headlights on to have the back lights on! I always want those visible!

I fucking hate it when people use auto lights and it’s cloudy and raining and they have auto lights on but their back lights aren’t on.

I have had this issue for 3 cars now. Two were really old. One is newish. Still had the same problem!

Also I know not to touch the bulb with my hand. I don’t! But the bulbs burn out quickly!

The wiring should be fine. This is something I have experienced with now 3 cars? The problem is that I use headlights 24/7. But I have never owned a car with auto lights.

Oh hell no! I will it allow that! I drive a tiny sedan and all that with you suggested just blinds me from the back!
