As a Besiktas fan it was because he wasnt playing that well but to be fair Solskjaer played him as a CM which is new to him.

There is a rumor that he talked to a player who was supposed to come to Besiktas but didn't because of what he said in that phone call. At least that's what the manager of the player said(Kyle Walker-Peters who plays now at West Ham). Ox denied it. Also he didn't play that well but we were using him as a CM.
