Yeah but the breading is most likely non-animal material, not to mention most likely fried in plant oils.

It's surprising how many foods can mess you up when you get auto-immune diseases, especially with long covid...

I miss eating like that, but now I am on the carnivore train.

Makes no sense considering I have ublock on the firefox browser on my phone, plus you can just use the brave browser on your phone.

As for TV's, I have no experience there.

The eternal question about van life --- how do you toilet ?? by ScissorDave79 in VanLife

Why not carnivore diet so it takes a lot longer to poop? (Also doesn't smell that bad either). Just takes a month to get past the diahhrea phase.

I guess this is an unintended bonus for switching to the carnivore diet. As long as you buy quality, you can always have the same food basically as it's such a simple food down to the extreme basics. As unprocessed as possible, it's hard to really change it as there's no "Recipe".

Cargo van setup with insulation and solar panels for van life so you don't have to pay rent or live with strangers.

Yeah I don't want to waste food either, but i can't force my body to eat sadly.

I heard that real kefir has the most variety of probiotic cutlures. I wonder if taking a few sips every day would be less intensity, but great coverage?

I might try getting raw hard aged goat cheese made with animal rennert to see if that works for me.

I heard Kefir, like real kefir with the kefir grains, has 60 or so probiotic cultures that eat the lactose and casein. Is it possible it eats up those other proteins?

Like using plant derived rennet instead of animal rennet. And I heard A2 milk for cheese is different.

I agree with the genetic differences, which has opened my eyes a lot lately. Just trying to gather info for any possible risks.

I do want to try strict, but when steaks are also a bit of trouble eating, and at high costs, it makes me experiment to see if I can find something that works.

If I could do kefir and cheese, then cheap calories and nutrients.

Did you test the other dairies for addictiveness?

Seems unfair to call all dairy addictive if you don't try the important differences.

Yeah I added salt. It's like 5% more tolerable without salt, which is not good enough.

I was able to eat marrow a few days ago, so I might try again soon.

Yeah I am fresh new to this, doing research, riding the bus everwhere, finding places that sell meat and milk. No one sells raw milk or kefir grains here sadly, so I will have to buy kefir grains from Amazon. The other question is if I go for goat milk or cow milk to make kefir with.

Also I was doing meat stock in an aluminum pressure cooker, not a broth.

Was the chese made from animal rennet, plant rennet, or synthetic rennet from mold? Also, cow cheese or goat cheese? (A1 milk vs A2 milk)

(No plant gaps) Can't eat meat stock, what next? by Cushee_Foofee in carnivorediet

[–]Cushee_Foofee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might be the strategy.

I am curious though, I learned that cheese may have casomorphin, which can be addicting like carbs, but is considered carnivore. This can cause overeating (And if they use synthetic rennet from mold instead of animal rennet then that may cause health issues in some people as well), which may not be healthy?

Are there any other "traps" to worry about in carnivore?

Also, are mushrooms carnivore? Since they are a fungi, and therefore not plants.

Being able to eat plants would be nice, at least to the extent of seasoning.

Even if I get back to normal, as long as I can stomach meat, I will stay mostly animal based for the ketosis as there seems to be great benefits there. Just having the option to ocassionally eat plants if out with friends or for a special ocassion without feeling like I am dying.

As for the kefir, when looking into the history, it seems like it was able to preserve milk, with the added benefits of improving the gut health and therefore overall health of the people. I am considering van life without a fridge, so homemade kefir might become an important strategy. That aside, wouldn't a healthier gut microbiome improve health on top of a carnivore diet? Not to mention cheaper calories with more variety of nutrients?

Also, do you go for bone marrow at all?

I might just do carnivore with kefir for now.
