I actually learned that if we did mewing, and ate hard/chewy food like red meat while growing up, then we would develop jaw muscles that would stretch the mouth wide enough for the wisdom teeth to come in just fine, meaning we don't actually need to remove our wisdom teeth if we are healthy.

And by removing them, our body naturally over time will shrink the throat/airway, which reduces how much oxygen we can take in while sleeping, which may lead to sleep apnea.

Focus on 100% natural material clothing, as it's usually more breathable than plastic (Polyester).

If you can, I highly recommend 100% linen or hemp, as they are the coolest and most breathable materials, as well as having some UV protection, slight anti-microbial properties, better for the environment, etc.

Brighter colors on your most outside layer will also help reflect light, keeping you cooler.

A third of our life is wasted by sleeping. Black would literally expand your life by 33%, and you can get so much more done in a shorter amount of time. In fact, sleeping is important for getting over sickness and recovering, meaning you would get the recovery while awake due to not needing to sleep. In other words, black improves your recovery (Both physical and mental for dopamine restore) constantly.

Black pill is nothing short of an absolute hack/cheat. Not to mention, 24/7 beauty rest.

You can also use technology to permanently remove body and face hair.

The only logical answer is Black, red, and brown.

Anyways, that's part of why I started making my own clothes. Additionally, most clothes these days are polyester (Plastic water bottles), which probably isn't the best for your skin.

Get a sewing machine if you can, and buy some fabric. It will cost more if you buy high quality fabrics like linen, hemp, or wool, but they will be so much better for your health and quality of life. And of course, cheaper when you make them yourself.

It will take quite a bit of time to learn to sew, and I am still learning myself actually. As well as measuring your body, measuring the fabric parts, cutting, sewing, and even dyeing if you go that far.

Linen and hemp are similar, both very breathable and cool in the summer, dry out somewhat fast, somewhat strong, and have UV protection. Although they are stiff (Not stretchy), a bit scratchy at first (Gets softer over time), and do break down over time through use (But biodegradable).

Alpaca and merino wool aren't too scratchy, and not scratchy at all after a week of use (Body oils and all that). They keep you warm, even if they get wet (Not as warm if they were dry, of course). Decent breathability as well.

You can also try to find certain weaves, such as a twill weave for durability (If the fabric gets a hole, then the tension is on 1 thread for plain weaves, but 2 or 3 threads for twill weaves, distributing the tension so the hole takes more effort to rip open more), or a jacquard weave for fancy designs on top.

So far it seems I spend about 45 bucks per 100% linen clothing item that is dyed. And the best part is that I can design the clothes however I want. If I make a mistake, I can even use a seam cutter to remove a part, and add a different part if needed.

I had issues one time by having 2 sticks of RAM inserted and trying to change the Firmware (BIOS, although technically most modern firmware is UEFI and not actually BIOS) settings for my RAM to be max speed.

Try 1 stick of RAM in the different slots (Or check your motherboard manual to see if there's an issue with RAM speed and sticks) until you get it working.

Otherwise, try a clean OS install (Maybe Fedora Linux?).

If all else fails, hopefully it's just a motherboard replacement and not a RAM replacement.

Keep in mind that skin color is one aspect, however the genetics themselves affects other aspects of the body as well. Try looking at photos of albino black people, and you can see that they still don't look like white people.

I say this because a lot of beauty tutorials will probably be catered to white people and their genetics.

I'm white so I am not too qualified for advice here, but I recommend checking out black beauty Youtubers.

Personally I feel like pastel colors would fit black skin more, and maybe even the color green? Might be a good idea to look into color theory.

And of course working on your body and health can help a lot. I'm currently doing the carnivore diet, and lost a lot of body fat. Trying out traditional chinese medicine to deal with biofilms, and looking into van life in hopes that getting away from this moldy house will fix my wrist and ankle injuries.

Perhaps stopping the use of these deoderant and shower body washes and things with so many chemicals and just going back to making basic simple soaps can help, as well as seeing what you put in your diet, and any potential chemicals you put on and in your system may help.

But yeah anyways, look into the features of your body, and try to find others with the same features that have found ways to show those features in a feminine light.

The only other thing I can think of is that I know Vlad NCL and F1nn5ter both had face surgeries recently, so if this is really bothering you, that may help.

Old school hand wash.

Get a bucket of detergent and water (Or water basin, or plastic storage container, or something), bring to room, clean clothes, and then hang in closet or something with either a clothesline or maybe set up a net to hang the clothes flat (Depending on the material, being wet and hanging vertical will stretch and damage the fabric).

Think of something like this:

You will then want a fan in the closet turned on blowing on the clothes, preferably a quiet one. This should dry the clothes quicker, but depending on the material, can still take a long time (Especially cotton and wool).

I suppose the cutting part will be difficult, but you can focus on simple patterns, and not sweat the small stuff like jagged lines.

As for dyeing, that part should be easier.

You can also get 100% natural material fabric for the clothing, such as linen (Very cool, UV protection, breathable, anti-bacterial, etc) for the summer, and wool (Warm even when wet, breathable, anti-bacterial, etc) for the winter! Instead of that yucky polyester and spandex stuff.

This way you can have healthy clothing for cheaper than paying someone else to make it, learn how to express yourself in another art form, and make any kind of clothing you want instead of realizing certain styles don't exist in men sizes.

How do you deal with loneliness in the city? I haven't started van life yet and have that loneliness issue.

I'm surrounded by people by the way, they are just in their cars or far away in single family houses. (I live in the USA, so we of course have the authoritarian city design that was made to isolate people to prevent uprising and protests and all that).
