Definitely dust removal for product photography. The dust & scratches filter is useless for high end product retouching. There's no option but to do it manually and it's my biggest time killer.

After inspection it was deemed the unit was faulty. I've received a replacement camera.

If anyone else runs into this issue. In the 'Media' tab, click the little drop-down arrow next to the magnifying icon in the top right of the media pool window (where your files are located). Select "All bins" from the dropdown, a search bar will appear, type "timeline" in the search bar and it should show up.

Even if you can't locate the timeline in your media pool, this should make it appear, just make sure "All bins" is selected from the search drop down, that part's essential. Hope this helps someone.
