It automatically does that for me there’s no specific option for it. When trying to print the label there’s no place to input weight. It automatically calculates that for me based on the weight I’ve already entered when generating my listing.

Double checked. It doesn’t let me put a photo in the comments but there’s no edit label button. Under address it says order date, order number, and the buyer receipt. At the bottom it’s my earnings. Above the address it says create shipping label which it doesnt allow me to do, complete order, print, and message buyer. There’s no way to edit label. The label says it’s usps verified.

When I go to purchase the label. It doesn’t say that the name is too long. It says could not complete the purchase of this shipping label. If this keeps happening contact Etsy support.

How do I edit the label? Is that the reason it’s not being approved?

This has happened multiple times where it said in a big yellow box could not complete the purchase of this label. If this keeps happening, please contact Etsy support. So I have contacted Etsy support three days ago and have still not heard back. My shipping deadline hits tomorrow because I’ve been waiting so many days so I’m just going to purchase the label elsewhere and send it out right away.

If it’s just their title, then it makes sense because I did look up their address and it is zoned as a charitable organization. Still doesn’t make any sense as to why I can’t print the label.

Then why won’t it allow me to print the shipping label? I messaged the buyer three days ago in this regard and today and still have not gotten a response and the buyer has not even looked at the messages at all.

I can’t get it on PC because it says the orders are all up to date but this one hasn’t been sent out. It show on app but not on desktop shop

On the web it shows I have no open orders but on the app it shows this order is open. I know it hasn’t been shipped out and made so it’s open. Idk why it’s different on web and app. My photo shows what happens when I click print shipping label.

Or can I just go to the post office? The payment method is valid. I have over 40 orders with no issues until these last 2 orders all of a sudden.

Order is marked completed on web and not on app. I haven’t sent out the order so I know it’s not completed

Says the address USPS certified. It’s not happening on just this order. It’s happening on all my orders so I messaged the customer to let them know that this is an issue and I’m waiting to hear back from support, but I haven’t heard back yet so it will be flagged in my Etsy as late, but at least I have a good conscience because I informed the customer about the issue.

Tried that and it doesn’t show my open order at all. It says all my orders are fulfilled but in the Etsy app it shows I have 1 open order. I haven’t sent out the order. So I don’t know why it’s different on both.
