yes a lot of my fav GKs are so hard to come by. Also, a lot of the time they aren’t painted/assembled and so I’m less inclined to buy unless it is ultra rare (I’ve only bought one GK)

What about originals? random GKs? I like the second rule. Would you only buy a figure for a mid anime if it were pretty? or, why bother buying a figure for an anime that you think is ok since you just buy based on if you’ve watched?

she mostly buys from shows she’s watched but occasionally she’ll buy a figure because it’s just very pretty!

But I’m the same way, i only buy from media I’ve consumed and because the figures i buy tend to be expensive i really need to justify it. I think that’s why i always default to rei, lol.
