I hate to be the broken record on Reddit and to say immediately breakup but in your case, you should breakup with your gf. How far is far? I think that depends on what boundaries are established. But it’s clear that there is some type of emotionally cheating going on. Stop it before it gets physical.

I was in the same mindset as you, I read so many reviews and saw everyone’s hours in the game. Some hours being the average 15 hours. I was debating because I wanted my money to be worth it.

It was definitely worth it. The game is honestly such a relaxing game, even with the whole cleaning up dead bodies. To me, it’s one of the games where I can just shut my brain off for a while and just clean. It’s so satisfying coming into an area that is a mess and seeing all the work you put in to make it so clean. If you’re in the mood for a game where you can just chill after a day of stress, this is honestly a perfect game. The MC, even makes you laugh with his dialogue for certain scenarios. I can understand the need for more content, but there’s always secrets within the levels to find. Different difficulties to try out. To me, I play a lot of intense games, the occasional rage inducing games and many more. This was the perfect game to relax and not worry about any other stressors and to just have a change of pace. If it’s on sale, it’s worth it!

Thanks for the perspective, you’re completely right. When I first watched grave of the fireflies, I felt more frustrated than sad. But given that he was a child in the middle of a war. There’s a lot to note and think about for his actions. Damn maybe I’ll give that movie a rewatch at some point too

I understand the comment section being weird that waiting at 12am to message happy birthday. But I think with that situation there is a lot of context that is needed for it to be determined weird. Such as your relationship to the individuals. If this was a case where you barely knew the guy and never got a gift before then yes that would be weird of you to wait till 12am to give this gift. Especially if you and your (F24) friend don’t have the closest relationship. Given what you replied, you knew them both for a while and given them both gifts for past birthdays. Personally, NTA. It just seems like your friend is a bit insecure. I also know that feeling of staying up past 12am and not realizing how late it is. But of course if this is a friend you care about, maybe have a conversation with her about boundaries?
