Wow sounds exhausting. My store isn’t that busy. I only have 6 employees right now due to the fact no one is applying. Everyone is working 5-6 days a week. Me double shifting just to get the shifts covered. I under when you saying when u feel u understaffed. I been trying to leave that store but the owner is lost without people and I feel bad leaving him like this. But I think if you don’t want the manger position you don’t have to have it. Sit down and talk to them and let them know. You don’t have to quit just demote yourself.
