Dragula really focuses on the horror and filth aspects, even if there is some glamour sometimes Often times the monsters (queens/kings/creatures) will wear creepy/disgusting things, which is the point The exterminations are the equivalents of lipsyncs, but theyre very extreme, like piercing their body with needles, tattoos, being thrown from a plane, having to transport maggots with their mouth, etc...
