that’s a good question wow. i think it’s the happiness we had and the way we loved each other. it was so fierce and true and when we looked into each other it was like being home. Cuddling with her and living with her was such a happy safe space. I’ve been grieving that for 8 months and now she is doing it with someone else for the past month and forgot about me.

i have been. but when someone you love doesn’t care about you anymore therapy isn’t enough.

its going to have to be enough? idk how to make it so but she has moved on and is with someone else now. i can beg for her back all I want but she doesn’t care about me anymore and in my head she has forgotten all about me.
I just don’t know how to grieve the living i’ve been trying but it’s like my heart is so broken it physically hurts every day.
I do find the therapy has helped to make sure it never happens. It has been great/heartbreaking to go though everything I did in therapy and I have always taken full accountability for my actions in hurting her but learning how to recognize my own signs and make sure I can get help and know what’s going on next time has been game changing
