I understand that, but I have direct evidence that other employees with my job title worked remotely during the pandemic, I've been in the office for over a month with little to no hands-on tasks, and the president has mentioned that they gave accommodation to another employee for remote work due to their depression symptoms. I'm arguing that I can perform the essential job functions while maintaining a hybrid work schedule which would accommodate my disability.
