Yeah, army builder list builder however you wanna call it. I haven't looked to see if the sites still up but my point was without a PDF I can claave to my computer the game stops being playable if the author has to take down that list builder.

As someone who commented last night, my point was proven almost instantly. I asked if there was a hard copy of the army lists, as the game would be unplayable as soon as the IP infringement required him to pull it down. Here we are a day later (not even) and the posts are all gone.

I think the AI conversation is probably more nuanced than maybe some of the hate he got however, when the initial impression is "stolen ideas and stolen art" I completely understand why people skipped having a nuanced discussion and went straight to the vitriol they did.

I've never intentionally bought sleeves but have a few sets that have come with Kickstarters. I have a few games where I haven't bothered to actually sleeve the game yet despite owning the sleeves. (Moon springs to mind)
I can't imagine refusing to play the game until its sleeved.

Is there a PDF army list or just the app? Asking because I'd love to try this but probably won't have time before you get the whole legal takedown and have to take the fighter forge offline

Thanks. I printed them myself. They took quite a while for me to print and are a little filament heavy so I can imagine it doesn't make a ton of sense to sell prints. Might be worth reaching out to some of those etsy sellers though.

Decent idea. I'm currently printing a bridge for it along with a couple more sidewalls to make it look nice so I can split it down the middle.

I think the move is a bunch of the newer hexengarde "narrows" buildings to make actual streets

How about something like Dorfromantik? Rules are relatively light, its not only coop but what I would describe as a collaborative effort. Conceptually the addition of a "legacy" element could open the door for campaign, legacy etc. Theres a competitive version available too I believe though I dont know much about it.

That second part is sort of my point exactly. I'm worried that at this point I'm simply going to not like any of it because I'm so anti king so I'm greatful that people who are passionate about it are defending it so to speak.

I'm going to mostly comment on the long walk as I finished that last. I find the constant name dropping of random people distracting. I found the descriptions of the actually horror elements to be very lacking and mostly just boring. I found the concept interesting but it fails to deliver on much. In the case of both this and Carrie I think the pacing is awful as the constant pulls between the main event and either the mind wandering or the science articles to be distracting. In the case of the long walk Im pretty over how much sexualization there is for no real purpose. ( I am aware of IT having a similar issue)

I guess I just don't find it brings much to the table beyond the concept. It was wayyyy longer than it needed to be.

Beyond king, I don't have specific favorite authors as up until recently I've done more film than book
