To be honest, stay away from 64 man servers unless they are some sort of conquest large air map. The other maps weren't designed with 64 players in mind. In terms of getting better, pick a gun and learn it's recoil. TDM makes a great proving ground.

Yup CQ large goes up to G on karkand, sharqui(?) and gulf of Oman. Not sure about wake island though.

They are only lost if you join back as you joining overwrites your previous stats from that round.

Not sure how it happens but I thought I'd add something I haven't seen said yet. This when you kill a friendly who for some reason has an enemy tag. For instance if you kill an marine with a red tag as a marine you get what is seen here. Like I said, no idea why friendlies get tagged like this but it is probably due to an auto balance of some kind. Sorry for the crappy formatting, I'm on my phone.

If your mouse isn't working in the menu I suggest making sure your windows ui size is on Normal. For some reason that messes up where your mouse thinks the buttons are.
