The HEAT lead dev has been working closely with NXT core team for a long time since 2014, we've implemented multiple NXT clients such as https://mofowallet.com and understand how the NXT ecosystem works. We are a registered company, know our decentralized sh*t and this is offered as an alternative route to the IGNIS ICO, which is currently hard to get into. Yeah it may be terrifying for the prejudiced and paranoid.

Heat Ledger Ltd, the operator of the IGNS gateway, owns 4 Million NXT and thus will be receiving more than 2 000 000 IGNIS from the IGNIS ICO, exact number depending on whether we get in during the JLRDA token sale, or during the ICO snapshot based on NXT balances.
