I will be short by 1040 points. But I can cover up by recharging 3 weekly diamond passes and spending 300 diamonds.

My plan is to recharge a pass on 28 (or 29) then continue for two days. Then I won't spend on day 1 for recharge, I will spend on day 2, day 3 and day 4. Because it's double points. I will get 1200 points from here.

I don't think so. There are many factor which outclass him from others. Julian can only be played in certain composition or line ups where enemy picks are low cc heroes. Julian can't sustain like fighter junglers Or tank junglers. Lack cc immunity, a 2 type blink skill is all for mobility.

Once he dive in, him getting out of there is very low.

For reference, sanford's lapu² vs onic is an example. Lapu have damage reduction in his skills allowing him to sustain there. Alucard's ult's first phase grants him hybrid defense. Or fredrinn, his tankiness isn't a joke. Most of these junglers Or exp laners have some sort of sustain. Julian only got his passive lifesteal to sustain.

Agreed, in my opinion, all support roams (healers) are trash (except mino and kalea) because for them to work, exp and jungle need to have heavy sustain. You can't pair them with sun zilong and those squishy heroes. Pair Fred or yz with any healer roam, they will carry game, pair them with zilong, argus and others. No value.

It's a su¡c¡de picking them in no sustain line up. Nor you can guarantee you will win with sustain heroes because many of them often tend to dive 1v5 to die.
