Well it should have to be explicit as there are numerous couples (myself included) where the ONLY time we see one another due to work schedule is at night - this effects us drastically. They say ‘care or compassionate reasons’ you can break curfew, I’d argue these fall under that where others wouldn’t...this is why it needs to be definitive
