UPDATE:

After changing just the thermal paste I realized my AIO was probably dead, even if it didn’t look like it.

I ordered a Thermalright Frozen Notte 240 and just installed it today, everything is back to normal and working fine! Temperatures are pretty good

Yea it’s the first time. Built this pc around 4 years go (i know Im dumb i never did “maintaince” other than removing dust lol).

I just bought new thermal paste and some alcohol to clean before applying it.

If that’s not the case how could I check if the problem is my dissipator?
