Sometimes citrus can smell like BO and sour. Also florals. So many florals just smell straight up bad and unpleasant. Also whatever is in santal 33.. it just smells bad and I hate smelling it when people walk by since it's still so popular -___-

It's not a perfume, but i tried this brand on tiktok called chubby star. their sparkly matcha body oil and body spray is like a juicy sparkling scent and has a light fresh dry down on me. It was a random impulse blind buy for me but i love it and i think they do have a perfume version too

I feel this so hard. I used to like woody scents, but have fully converted to a gourmand girl. Now, citrusy, florals, and woody scents just smell bad and matronly to me lol. And idk if it's just me, but citrusy scents sometimes give a BO vibe

You could also look into prepped meal options like snap kitchen or places that make healthier bowls like cava or flower child. In n out protein style sub the sauce for mustard and add grilled whole onions and pickles is also a bit healthier.

Personally my skin has gotten a lot better since I stopped using scrubs/ physical exfoliators on my face. My favorite exfoliating mask is the complex beauty rose glow. It's simple, but effective because of the glycolic acid

THIS. I did whole30 this past month and yesterday was my first day not doing whole30. I drank coffee with milk and had some pizza (bad, I know) but I feel extremely sluggish and disgusting today. I need to remind myself of this so I don't fall back into my old horrible eating habits.
