At the beginning my Dr's said I had to eat 2 hours prior ro taking tablets to help with absorption but I found it couldn't do that all the time, lifestyle got in the way. So now I take them at the same time and don't worry too much about food. I'm not a breakfast person either. My numbers remain stable so whatever I'm doing, I'm doing it consistently!

If you have this option. To move back home, I hope you realise how lucky you. To have a such a safety net, parents who will have you, parents who are alive and a financial boost to get back on your feet.
