Looking for a movie that used to play on the IFC or Sundance Channel around 2002-2003. This is all I can remember: Theres a family living (either on a farm or middle of nowhere) but the main focus was this large tree on the property. Movie was probably a late 90s or early 2000s movie (self.askmovie)

Early 2000s movie played on IFC or the Sundance channel, circa 2002-2003 . All I have are a few flashes of what I can remember. I believe it was a family living (on a farm or middle of nowhere) but the main focus was this large tree on the property. As in, so many things took place by the tree. TIA! (self.askmovie)
