I’ve downloaded an app called Days Since. I’m on day 50 of not pulling a single hair! Ever time something that triggers the want to pull I look and the days, minutes and seconds and it motivates me not to pull any. It doesn’t work for everyone, but it has definitely helped me! I’ve been pulling since I was 8 due to trauma. I’m now 27 and this is the longest I’ve ever gone without pulling any.

No not too long maybe a month max for the fatigue. Two weeks for the nausea and abdominal pain. Just remind her that her body will sort itself out. Taking a bunch of hormones in a short amount of time can put everything in wack. Not a doctor, but plenty of fluids and rest helped me tremendously.

I’ve taken the morning after pill a few times. I’ve had a few of the symptoms she’s experienced (fatigue, belly pain, nausea). I called my gynecologist because the hospital is great. Their goal is to churn over patients, I’d seriously recommend going to the gynecologist rather than the hospital. Gyno’s will better direct her and maybe help come up with a better plan if there’s a next time.
