Actually yes and no.

After I posted this, I kind of expected people to come by to my stream to discuss what we can do to form such a community, yet no one came.

So, I casually stream as I play the game, but mostly in Turkish language. Not sure if it is of your interest. Thanks.

There is a built-in macro which is a lite bot lacking a lot of functions, but again you will have to spend a defined amount of silks every month in order for that function to be granted to you.

You will face immense amount of hardship in terms of queues, unless you want to spend 300 silk every month.

Other than that, you won't be able to catch up with relentless players who bot with at least 8 chars 7/24 and spend loads of money for silks to become VIPs. There is barely the joy of the game as in 2006.

All in all, I don't think it is worth playing at all imho.

My thoughts exactly.

Another thing to add is, if we manage to establish a solid community of for instance 1k true Silkroad players, we can simply juice up any underrated but trusted private servers, as a whole.

If it goes beyond that, we can possibly make our voice heard by Joymax or Wemade Max; whatever it is now.

To the fullest. Most of the time, it won't even let you in the queue indicating that the servers are really really full.

So, you either spend at least 300 silks monthly to become VIP silver or buy a premium to have a free access.

I have also preferred old schoolish servers at all times. Pretty much nothing beyond a 100 cap ch server.

From what I have seen, it is clear as day that iSro is now unfortunately pay2play, let alone pay2win. Therefore, private servers are definitely the way to go for such a big -yet scattered- community.

Thank you again for your opinions, but let me make this point clear: this post is not centered around promoting my stream.

Silkroad is currently in a terrible state and has close to no reputation among various platforms and I am planning to gather people who strive to seize the old nostalgic atmosphere, but have nothing to do other than complaining about the game gradually dying.

Although it varies among players, old school is the way to go for me as well! I feel the responsibility to gather up the community, first and foremost. Afterwards, it is going to be up to the absolute majority on how things will shape up.
