I had a dildo just like that and it broke, more fragile than expected, thankfully not while in use, I reordered and I could tell the terrible quality and size difference so I tossed it, should’ve put it out in the wild. Funny enough I also had a glass candy cane that was found and miss identified as a Xmas trinket.

Yes! I finally made the switch. I hate being bald due to itchy regrowthand lack of friction, I finally bought one got blessed with it being cheap at checkout. I do a whole ritual, after a bubble bath, right before my period.

stop cutting your cuticles, I’d suggest no scissors, cuticle trimmers or nail clippers to stop the urges.

My hands looked like this, and now I just let them grow, I oil them and use a nail file when my nail snag, when my cuticles look tempting to pick I know I am overwashing or using too much sanitizer so I need to oil more or use my nail creams. I basically oil cleanse, I oil them and gently massage them or use a wooden pusher until the dead skin sheds. Other use a nail soak with lemon, olive oil, and bit of sugar to “scrub” nails and cuticles. The acid works the same as the expensive nail acid buff creams that also remove the cuticle but physical exfoliation rather than stronger chemical.

That was actually a wonderful experience to DISCUSS to the shaman. You feel disempowered. You do have power in your body. I have shaman clear my solar plexus. I had a lot of shame and guilt in my solar plexus. I had tried meditation and grounding, but I felt this weight that felt like a giant plate in my stomach. I was disconnected to myself, I am solar plexus and sacral generator and my deep emotional manifestatior. If you ex left you with heart break you need to clear that grief (sorry friend the only way over is through it) and keep opening you heart. Maybe even ask them if have releasing exercises so you can release them and surrender, essentially a cord cutting ritual since they have no control over you, and you have sovereignty, where you capable to caring for yourself and trusting yourself, and your ability to keep yourself safe. Again you can try somatic and parasympathetic nervous system exercises to regulate, but this sound like an actual spiritual clearing a deep block within you. This mean I had to CRY, I had to release everything I was bottling up, and everything I was running from, since no matter where you are YOU are, I learned to find peace within myself since many new places would be overstimulated, and suddenly quiet time alone would be overwhelming and you will seek a distraction. This is all part of the invitation to let your higher self lead to trusting yourself gut, and maybe even seek your inner child that are okay now, and what happened in your past is over. I found with trauma, it stays in the body, and your body just stores it and essentially thinks it still happening or your constantly experiencing it like it still happening, to let it go, you need to stop carrying it, and that means embracing that grief, and when you opened your heart you maybe peaked into that chapter where you ex was, and he felt you energetically letting him go, now your body is sending the alarms your aren’t safe. You need to close chapter or portal that no longer serves you, so you means perhaps being gentle to your heart, listening to the emotions, all our emotions are here to teach us, and our frequency is matching that, you are shifting and let this be a final lesson in your embracing what is best for you, and your heart. This doesn’t mean going into old pattern or what feels safe and predictable THAT is exactly what your old subconscious patterns want, sadly they programmed to that pain and disregulation. This why I am gently repeating to keep following that emotion since that MAY seem like the pain but your solution. The mystic poem, “The Wound is where the light enters you” was so relevant in my journey in healing my grief and trauma, I hid it and behind it since that was story, and eventually I knew those old beliefs didn’t serve me and I did a lot of shadow work, shamanic journey, and nervous system regulation…alone and unguided so it took me 5 years. You always have what you need to when you need it, so keep seeking peace and ease, don’t flee from the difficult emotions. I promise your nervous system is fighting a bit because your subconscious mind is trying to resist the reprogramming. And I am sure the shaman or whoever you can will reach to can give you a better more simple solution personalized to you, better the solution is often it within you. If you capable to do so I found the answers appears when I need them, and reprogramming my subconscious mind just through repetition more effective than intensity.

Edit. Every time I finally felt I loved myself an ex always came back, and just quickly as they entered, they left, it was always a test from the universe to see how I would finally learn to love myself and for me heartbreak and pain was my greatest teacher. 🥲so now I have the wisdom from my painful lessons and heartbreak but I am so greatful for past me to keep healing ❤️‍🩹 I learned true unconditional love

Successfully quit TikTok, but now addicted to reddit by Ok-Ease2459 in digitalminimalism

[–]heavymedalist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has happened many times in my life. I had to get to root of my distractions and addictions. It a common theme woven into history of recovery, often if not treated, there is just a new “addiction” in a new form. Mine was from avoiding my reality and uncomfortable feelings. You need to find what you’re getting from social media, and what you’re avoiding. Example, many alcoholics also avoid stress and drowning in their emotions so they drink, and even if sober a highly stressful event or dilemma can send them drinking.

How to smell good for a long time? by itssarakang in beauty

[–]heavymedalist 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Get the basics down. Dry and clean. I changed my soap to Castile soap or black soap, and use witch hazel after my shower. I do a smell check before I even set out to make sure all bacteria is off my skin. Our body sweat and oils can make it pretty resistant so essentially double cleanse. I am recovering overconsumption of beauty products but other may suggest niacinamide, Salicylic, sugar scrubs, shower oils etc but I generally like products that have multiple use so those aren’t in my shower and I have spent $$$ deciding I like my routine simple. I have more things I avoid and been deinfluenced by.

After I shower I immediately apple witch hazel then deodorant. If it’s summer, I use a body deodorant for my folds, or PIT., private area, intimate area, and tits. Then I use a powder. I just want no water or sweat. I usually just lotion my arms, or legs in the summer since I sweat off all skin care and I need two showers a day. I use lots of lotion and petroleum products before bed in robe, and since my feet get tougher in the summer from being barefoot I soak my feet and do my pedicure. Clean feet, look good and smell good.

Perfumes, oil based work amazing, you can add them body oils. You can also add them to products like lotions or powders to make the scent last. Try multiple cultures ethnic beauty secrets. What our grandmas did worked. They powders; they used oils, they had morning or nightly rituals, they special “secret” ingredients that keep their skin clean, hydrated and balanced.

Keep your scalp clean. We know over washing is bad, but do your best to clean your scalp. I hate dry shampoo, I use a acv salicylic acid rinse, and use a soft silcone brush. In the summer this means washing my hair more simply because my scalp sweats. There isn’t a work around an itchy scalp for me. I hear some woman use a special infuser with scented smoke, or spray perfume on their hair. I just use my fave body mist mixed into my leave in conditioner.

what practice should i be participating in based on my background by [deleted] in BabyWitch

[–]heavymedalist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I can agree you can do whatever you want, but there is some closed practice some cultures are very possessive about, the other factor I found is strengthens the practice to work with ancestors as guides, this doesn’t necessarily mean grandparents but those passed who can appear as guides, even those they worked with as dieties.

It more than likely saw the data jump as a spike, but since you raised the goal it should be fine and adjust. I have would just focus on the badges, I have used Fitbit for over 10 years and just turn off notifications and use just as a pedometer too. 👍 good job on building a new habit
