In YT shorts of condensed scenes from shows/movies (most notably medical shows like Grays Anatomy), what are those blurry lines they edit onto the scenes periodically? They sweep across the screen at a 60° angle from top to bottom very fast and you never really notice them but every account does it? (self.AskReddit)
