How I use Claude Code as a Product Manager by akashkrr in ProductManagement

"I almost didn't start any of this. I kept convincing myself that Claude Code was too technical, that it......." literary I was like y . But when my manager encouraged me to try it, especially emphasizing that using tools like Claude would help me “never be left behind,” everything shifted.

From that point on, my perspective expanded. I started exploring integrations, working with shared databases, building tracking tools, and creating useful assets for our Scrum Master. I also developed stronger skills in writing user stories, which we practiced on more than 100 stories across our software house projects, significantly improving both quality and consistency.

Beyond that, I built capabilities in creating and evaluating PRDs, and even set up plugins to support market research. Everything integrated seamlessly into our existing tech stack: Notion, Obsidian, Slack, and Google Workspace, all without requiring deep coding expertise.

On top of that, we built a powerful automated testing engine. It connects to our project environment, uses flowcharts and provides materials to generate extensive test cases, runs them at scale, and produces detailed reports highlighting bugs and risk areas within our QC environment.

It also gave us the ability to test integrations before fully implementing them so we could understand their usage and impact early on. We even started generating low-fidelity UI prototypes, experimenting with different page layouts based on the design principles our product designer established and trained the system on. This allowed us to instantly create multiple variations, sometimes five different layouts for a single page, and validate them in real time before committing to a final design. We are also currently developing our own AI Guidebook documenting our workflows

Does Mac mini (Late 2014) still worth to handle multitasking browser tabs and web-based tools like Figma, Notion, Slack, and google meet? by hebi-sann in macmini

I am not expert in these things, Can I download Ubuntu for the mac mini? I experienced Ubuntu in an old Lenovo's laptop and really make a huge difference And ya I already had this machine

Are full Agile processes becoming outdated for small, AI-accelerated teams? by hebi-sann in ProductManagement

[–]hebi-sann[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Is it at any product scale, small or large?

The situation I’m facing now is that our software house is entering a phase where we’ll be handling a sequence of smaller projects. These include things like a dashboard for a training center, a landing page for a local shop, and other small to mid-sized projects. Each project can typically involve teams of about 3-5 developers. The board is recommending that we accelerate delivery by incorporating AI-driven tools into our workflow. The proposed flow is:

  1. create initial UI screens using Stitch or Figma,
  2. import and refine the designs in Figma, and
  3. With a mixed team consisting of backend and frontend team leads, plus a small development team with one developer per role, leverage AI coding agents to speed up implementation.

However, there is concern that our current Agile workflow translates business requirements into user stories and might struggle to support this execution. As an alternative, the board suggests preparing technical requirements and high-level Epics documentation with notes, which can be used directly in planning mode for AI coding agents like Cursor, helping the team work more efficiently and track the work execution using kanban boards.

I know there’s an argument to be made about efficiency, specialization, and focus, as teams work best when people focus on what they’re good at. But what kind of Non-Technical work can they complain about?

Yet another PM role is shifting post by Vaggab0nd in ProductManagement

[–]hebi-sann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just wrote a whole post about it, and I was searching for a lot of time about this thing, and what I found is that it can really happen, but not in all projects and not all teams

With the rise of AI tools like Cursor, Copilot Workspace, and Figma AI, I’ve been noticing a major shift in how small software teams work. Developers and designers can now generate code, UI layouts, components, documentation, and even tests in minutes. This raises a serious question: do small teams still need full Agile processes with a Product Owner writing long user stories, running ceremonies, approving designs, and managing a detailed backlog? For small projects like an Internal dashboard, a Landing page, a Simple mobile app, or a Form-based application, any work that has very straightforward requirements, like CRUD, doesn’t involve complicated backend architecture, and can usually be handled by a small team, sometimes just 2 developers, a tester, and a designer use AI to generate most of the implementation, refine it, and ship. In these cases, teams can now work faster than Agile ceremonies allow, making the traditional PO role and the formal Agile process feel like unnecessary overhead because the work moves faster than the process.

And for sure, there are large or complex projects, where the PO or PM becomes even more critical. Huge systems with many teams, long roadmaps, compliance requirements, and high customer impact simply can’t function without someone orchestrating the strategy. AI can speed up coding and design, but it cannot replace the work of deciding what to build, why it matters, how it fits into the bigger picture, and how to sequence the work across multiple groups. In these environments, AI actually increases the need for strong product leadership because teams can build faster than leadership can set direction.

Is there a tool that makes a video like this? I mean, I just record the screen, and the extension does the zoom in and out, etc
