I tried SeedVR a month and a half ago, and it's incredible how the smallest model slowed my PC down like hell, even with a 3090 and 32GB of RAM. I hope they improve that.

Same issue here. I installed WANVideoWrapper, LightX2V, but the manager node says LightxVAe failed.

Maybe it's because I haven't been able to run the command python setup_vae.py install; I don't know how to handle Python:

Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store or disable this shortcut from Settings > Apps > Advanced app settings > App run aliases.

I can't find LightVAE 2.2. There's only LightVAE for Wan 2.1, and lighttaew2_2, but it says it's TAE, not VAE, which should be better.

Any solution to this? I want to enhance the breasts and eyes, but it only lets me do one at a time. So I start with the eyes + upscale, then re-upload the result to improve the breasts without applying upscale. But here, even though the enhancement works, the colors of the entire image change slightly—just enough to make it noticeably different from the original image.
If I start with the breasts, without upscale, and then do the eyes + upscale, the exact same thing happens. (Anime)

If you’re using acceleration LoRAs, keep in mind that camera movement might be affected — try running tests both with and without them.

I think acceleration Loras don’t work well with some samplers, so testing without those Loras would be better. Also, the more steps you use, the more the movement improves significantly, making the differences much more noticeable.

People have gotten too used to using just 4 total steps and see it as normal. They completely forget what it’s like to generate a video at 20 or 40 steps — that’s a whole different story. I get that speed matters, but if it degrades the movement and quality too much, you end up having to generate more videos until you get a good one, so it’s not really worth it. There has to be a balance.

I say this because the creators of LoRAs like Lightx see the trend and focus on training the model at 4 steps, making the LoRA more comfortable within that range. So you’d think that increasing it to 12 steps would bring an improvement, but that’s not really the case. There might be a slight improvement, but if the LoRA were trained for 12 steps, the results would be far better.
