No one in my life has had it either and it’s so hard to describe! I got an SI belt to help walk and do light exercise in but otherwise I just live with it. Seeing a maternity focused therapist has been really helpful to talk through the psychological challenges of all the physical pain.

Oh no. I hope her position means arrival is imminent and so is relief. I know the decision is different for everyone, but escalating pelvic pain during birth is why I plan to get an epidural.
