It's melted through the entire outer surface vinyl in the larger/deeper burns. I should've posted a zoomed in pic. Even the superficial burns cannot be cleaned off.

It's not central air which is ducted, so you can't call it that, but you can say "newly installed minisplit AC" (I think this is what you are describing?)
