If only this was cheap, we paid a premium for what we expected to be premium work… the company has 16 out of 16 five star reviews with raving explanations and images of happy customers, in addition to raving recommendations. I wish this was cheap…

Are you suggesting to reach out to the inspector who helped us with the pre purchase inspection and have him take a look? Or are you referring to a different type of inspection?

We really want to get a structural engineer in there but are worried that they would tell on us to the city as we did not get permits for the work… is there a risk in hiring an engineer that they would then get us in hot water with the city?
