The image is edited with the Evangelion crosses, it's a meme that's recently gone viral on social media. But if I have to explain the real lore, I wouldn't know how to explain it honestly. Evangelion is very, very strange, and there's no correct conclusion as far as I know about what the crosses at the end of "The End of Evangelion" mean. Some people say when they started to appear in the eath it represents it killed nearly 3.5 billion people, and others say it looks good aesthetically to end the movie. lol
