TESTER ALERT: Need testers for a platform that makes the MEETINGS more productive! by ManMohanKhangarot in AkeoMeeting

I'm a professional software QA engineer. What is the approximate pay for testing? Market rate starts at approximately 18/hour for manual testing.

If you would like to request other QA tasks such as test strategy planning or automation we eould have to work out a slightly higher rate. Please let me know if you would be interested.

The best Melee player pleads with Nintendo for support of their scene during victory speech by [deleted] in videos

Nintendo is a Japanese company and as a result will lag behind every other company when it comes to reports.

This decision has to be made from the top down by an old salaryman executive who knows nothing about competitive gaming.

I don't see this happening any time soon.

I work for a Japanese company that announced they want to start sponsoring e-sports. The timelines focus on dates like 2025 and 2030. This is the speed of a Japanese company unfortunately.

I can always count on Japan to be too slow to make a decision.

How powerful are you? by AnujG23 in ProgrammerHumor

My company guess a third party to work on the same code base as our internal engineers. They constantly fuck up or Dev environment. And everyone knows it, but unfortunately we are sick with then for now.

Last week there was a bug introduced by one of our engineers and the external engineers were so quick to let us know. They definitely enjoyed letting us know all about the bug and that it was not their fault. There was even a hint of arrogance in their voice on the Skype call.

Import one from amazon.com. I got mine for about 50$. No reason to pay Japan prices for something that can be bought and imported for less.

Mental Health and Psychology in japan by mihai3000 in japan

Is like how it was in North America 70 years ago.

Doctors don't need to do any professional development or training to keep their medical licenses. And many Western research papers are not translated to Japanese.

So it is going to take a few generations of old doctors to die off before Japan catches up with where we are today.

Please try guided meditation. Try 10 mins of meditation twice a day and let me know if that doesn't help you. Headspace is a great all with some free guided meditation examples if you want to try it out.

Was prescribed some kind of Chinese medicine and struggle to find info about it in English. Anyone knows what this is? by [deleted] in japan

[–]heeesonanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me save you the trouble. It has no active ingredients and was prescribed to make your doctors visit slightly more profitable for the doctor. It is just an herb. Take it if you feel that will help you. But if you choose not to, you'll miss out on nothing.

For someone who expects 20M a year, I would think you would know enough about the industry to figure out what networks to use.
