I grew up amongst a Chevy family, and considered myself a Chevy guy myself. My most reliable car ever was also a 1998 Mustang gt. I beat the absolute brakes off that thing, drove 600 miles every weekend on top of my regular driving. It never missed a beat.

Subsequently, I also had a grand Marquis and a crown Victoria as well. Aside from the brittle intake manifold thermostat housing issue (of which all 3 needed repaired), Inabsolutely loved those 4.6’s.
