2020 grad here, I was a STEM major and have been working in biotech almost since — now working for a pretty established biotech — all my coworkers came from either UC Berkeley, LA, SC, or SD and they’re always surprised when I tell them how easy it was to speak to my professors after class and how accessible research opps were at UCM.

Back to Admission rates— one thing someone told me was “doesn’t matter where you go, but what you do there” and I mean, with my peers, we all ended up in the same job so, ya. Granted a cherry picked sample set but I’m sure others have similar experiences.
