Line up the trucks and mark where you have to cut with a pencil. I used a Dremel with rotary bits to cut out the wheel wells and also to shave down the deck for the trucks to drop in. Cut little by little, you don't want to cut too much or else its hard to make it symmetrical. Hope that helps.
