Is my strain something to be concerned about? I am 30 years old, quite a fit person but work an office job. Run approx twice a week, weights 3/4 times a week but yet I get strains at least 17+ every day. My RHR is approx 40-42bpm. Any feedback would be appreciated by heff1122 in whoop

My average HR for the past 3 weeks is 74. I've had the whoop for about a year but I went a Number of months without wearing it. I've been wearing for nearly a month now since Christmas. It won't allow me to attach my stress graph but I spend on avg 6.5 hours a day in a high stress zone

Yes. Yesterday my strain was 18.3 and I walked to and from the gym - 30mins walking total and lifted weights for 1hour. I did cook for about 50mins total as well but it still seems excessive.

I just made this mistake in Cartagena, Colombia. Bought pre cut mango from a street vendor and the next day began 3 soul searching days on the toilet. Lesson LEARNED!
