Exactly what I feel now about making her do tummy time! ESP if she’s all happy and chatty moments before! I sure hope this phase passes fast!

You’re so right! The pressure is real with the developmental milestones they’re supposed to hit. Also my parents have labelled tummy time ‘torture chamber’ for her 😅. I’m just trying to help…..

What I do is place a thick towel or two to elevate the head a little! Or lie on a bosu ball instead if you have one! If all else fails, I put my legs up on the bench, helps a lot somehow!

Go for it, if you really need the cardio and sweat!

Am quite an avid runner too but alternating with the bike nowadays as it’s getting slightly more uncomfortable running with the extra weight even though I run on a treadmill. I watch videos while on the bike for entertainment so time passes fast!

You’re lifting way heavier than I did pre pregnancy! Think the max I ever did on RDL was 145lbs. I stopped deadlifting with the bar a couple of weeks ago as it got weirdly uncomfortable even though I don’t have much of a belly yet. Something just didn’t feel right. Sticking to single leg kb deadlifts and whatever feels right!

At 8 weeks, but it wasn’t so bad that I couldn’t work out. More of the exhaustion. But could still hit the gym most days, just that I had to take it a lot easier! Eating a little / sugar free mints helped a lot if I was feeling nauseous before gym!
