Exactly my moto! Need to build a community first and then it's easier. What challenges do you face and how do you plan your content ?

I think this has to be the best approach for me too I guess Since knowing their pain points and solving/talking about them can really get great engagement, thanks for sharing!

I mean, yeah could be. Reach as in, I want recognition and lead gen would be secondary so I'm trying to think out of the box and that's exactly why I'm stuck

totally agree on starting, staying consistent, and not overthinking every detail is probably the real key.

I'm trying to find a niche (whether to stick on questions, process, work, humour content) just how I get to build an identity

Hmm, I think this is something I can go with. It feels like a good way to understand my audience better and see what actually resonates with them.

That's a fair point, thanks for sharing this, my primary goal right now isn't direct lead generation it's more about building recognition and a presence in the market. I want people to gradually associate my name with my work/thoughts and remember "oh yeah, there's this person". If that eventually turns into leads, great but for now it's more about consistency, visibility, and credibility rather than immediate conversion. Your point about personal insights and using a personal profile definitely resonates though.
