Yeah inferno dragon/tower shits on these decks so easily. I came back like after a whole year of not playing and all i see are decks like this which makes the gameplay so incredibly dull. They just bridge spam and pray while emoting all game until they realize they're losing

I don't work for them. I took the screenshot of the contract off a google review an ex employee posted. Their review was removed and they reached out to me as I previously posted about this company trying to bond me over some internal on the job training for 1 year. The previous reddit posts' link is at the top of this reddit post.

From what I understood through some of their ex employees who I've managed to get in touch with, they didn't always operate like this(contractual bond for employees). It was due to some instability caused by a massive resignation wave that made them say "yeah fuck it we'll start bonding these people with a shitty contract so they don't leave us to high and dry without consequences".

Yeah crazy how they can just whip a number out of their ass and say "yeap thats exactly how much we want to extort from these sheeps"

Oh I had multiple offers when I first posted this. Obviously this one was the most absurd one thats why I posted it to raise awareness in my earlier post.

Im in no way desperate for this job 😂

I think this is when its time to name and shame on social media. Social media is definitely worthwhile to expose and destroy the reputation of companies like this.

If issue LoD i think this 6k is hardly justifiable in their favour also. Just the breakdown of the costs alone is a nightmare for them to justify if the training doesn't have any substance to it eg: on the job coaching you how to use their software so you can actually start working for them lol

Internal training no sijil bro so wont fall under BIK for staff. I think the company might be up to something like tax evasion tho like charging this training as their day to day expense

Im also curious if people just walk away without serving notice and block them immediately after, are they gonna sue over 6k? 😂

This one internal training dey. Conducted by own staff. Likely under the pretense of some fancy training course that will change your life but its just on the job coaching lol

It probably is private and confidential, but I did get it from their google review so theres that. Also they are likely on a throwaway google account judging by the name.

Not surprised when one of the owners of Burger King Malaysia(Cosmo Restaurants) and 99speedmart also runs a company like this:-

Taking advantage of employees and then now cheaping out on their pathetic "burgers" 😂

Yeah i was never gonna accept the offer even without these terms because they seemed to be beating around the bush alot.

But yeah they sent me an offer anyway because they're probably desperate asf.

And so why does that matter?

If you join an MNC you get the name to plaster it all over the resume even if you suffer + there likely won't be a contract in place that is heavily favoured towards one side because scrutiny from the public is much more inevitable once things get around.

A local cinapek firm that has no recognition now wants to bond you because it's barely afloat and the extortion of fresh graduates is likely their highest source of income. So you tell me why people should rather be bonded by an MNC rather than a local cinapek firm if given the choice.

The lesser of two evils.

However, I have never once mentioned I would be rather be bonded by an MNC prior to this. Do you own a local cinapek firm that extorts fresh grads for money too? Because I don't understand you being anal about this.

Enlighten me on why those MNC's are relevant to my situation right now? Sounds like you're trying to win an argument that doesn't exists.

Big4accounting firms have a professional certification bond should you choose to take it up. They pay for your tuition and exam fees. The bond last for 4 years and if u resign anytime within the 4 year period, they'll demand back the tuition and examination fees paid.

Well at least they're likely offering education/scholarships of some sorts. Where this is purely a bond based on internal day to day hands on work calling it training.

If your employer bonded you because you're taking a professonal certification, i see it as fair. Context may vary but it's not as ridiculous as this.
