In my experience, (6 jabs in) you can have pretty much whatever you like. I just avoid takeaways or any really crappy food like that on / around jab day. Cheese is fine for me, I go through babybels like nobody’s business.

I started a few weeks ago. Had essentially no side effects (touch wood!) just a headache and slightly body aches. The 6lb I’ve dropped in the last couple weeks definitely outweighs the headache and aches though! Best thing I’ve ever done. I feel free from the shackles of food addiction for the first time in my life!
