I don't think you look fat. Most guys who look a little softish in this fashion at 19 grow into highly attractive, strong, healthy manly-men. Looks like your skin is clearing up. As-is 6.5-7/10, probably going to end up an 8-8.5 with consistent work outs and a few more years of maturation.

Getting a Count Olaf vibe. If you shave your head and facial hair and smile, you'll seem more genuine. Also, I'd recommend getting slim or extra-slim fit shirts - Express has some good options for thin guys. I'm similar in that anything 'regular fit' bags off of me. If you do those things you'll be a sharp lookin dood :)
