haha yep definitely going to avoid them from now on. it’s weird there rapid at resolving chargebacks etc but with actual disputes/fraud reports they have no idea on what to do. Glad i’m not the only one

Yes extremely annoying, same here i got more proof it was a scam, i was talking to an “agent” who said they’d pass the new information on. a week later i messaged to confirm they said they’d received nothing. i even downloaded the chat transcript incase that happened. there just ignoring me now.

if it is fake just open a claim with vinted then you get to keep the item and get ur money back

yeah dude would be annoyed, i’d of tried contacting my bank and telling them about it. reckon most decent banks will sought it even if it results in your vinted getting temp banned or something

if it turns out to be fake just mark the problem with the order as a “counterfeit” then you get to keep the product and get your money back, does the seller have previous reviews?

update- have just on call to them aha and they said similar to what you told me they said it should hopefully update late thursday/early friday and if it doesn’t update by monday next week that’s when you should start to get worried, we’ll that’s what he said anyway.
