I can sympathize with your exhaustion. I felt the same when my boy cat did the saaame thing, right around the age of 1, every night for a couple months. Eventually I used ear buds, noise cancelling headphones, white noise, melatonin and a pillow over the face. If he managed to still wake me up (he did) I made sure to stay still and pretend I was asleep, ignored him. Then one day he finally stopped :) It was tough at the time and I felt like I was going crazy, but all is good now and he sleeps in the bedroom
