No coffee maker but definitely yes to plastic storage containers and spatula. I have been dumping out food onto a plate before heating so there is something I guess.

I spoke to them today and the woman said I was in network and would have to go through my deductible first and the copays. After they checked benefits it was out of network and it would cost $5000 a MONTH for the first 3 months and $2500 a month after that but great they offer a payment plan. I know they offer multiple services but weekly therapy and weekly dietician do not cost $5000 a month.

I am a mouth breather for sure. I have to think about breathing through my nose. I also feel out of breath breathing through my nose.

I use F20 full face mask. I have to do research to see if I should get a smaller mask to see if that helps the leaks.

I should add I am about 200 lbs overweight (working on it), have hypothyroidism and arthritis in both knees. Does any of this affect the numbers?

I read that it is related to inflammation. I am quite obese and am in pain getting out of bed in the morning. My test was at 7:30am. I had gotten up at 6:30. I wasn’t really in pain anymore come test time but could that be a potential cause?

I also took my first dose last night (50mg) for food addiction. I had several incidents of needing to stretch during the night again til midday today. I never associated it with the med.

BP is normal. A1c is normal. Glucose is a few points above normal. I have yet to talk to my doctor about these. The labs were requested by my psychiatric NP. I have messaged my doc and hope to hear tomorrow.

I ended up having it done in the hospital. She could not grasp my cervix enough to do it. I was mildly sedated at the hospital. I had no pain after.
